NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?
In case of receiving the wrong product, we are happy to accept the return of the item.
Within 7 days of receiving the items, please contact the Benroy team at
info@benroy.in with your order number and our team will be ready to assist you!
RETURNS POLICY
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items purchased on a sale or with a discount code
- Worn or used items
- Items without their original packaging or tags
- Items that are damaged. (Please take care when trying on any product/s.)
- Items without a returns form.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and
images of the faulty item.
Our team take great care in quality checking every single garment in the order before
